This policy explains how Fios AI uses cookies and similar browser storage. We keep this deliberately small: Fios AI uses strictly necessary storage only. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and this website has no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to beyond what is needed to run it.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies (such as local storage) work in much the same way. They let a site remember a basic setting or keep a form secure between steps.

2. What this website uses

Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)When you submit the waitlist or demo form, Cloudflare Turnstile sets a short-lived token to confirm you are a real person and not a bot. This is strictly necessary to protect the form.

Theme preferenceIf you switch between light and dark mode, we store that choice in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.

3. What we do not use

No advertising or marketing cookies.
No cross-site or third-party tracking cookies.
No analytics that profile you across other websites.

If we ever introduce analytics or any non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

4. The platform

The Fios AI application at app.fiosai.io uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session security when a recruiter signs in. The same principle applies there: necessary only, no tracking.

5. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies and clear local storage in your browser settings. Because the storage we use is strictly necessary, blocking it may prevent the forms or the theme toggle from working.
